Please include the following information in your e-mail message:

1. The name(s) of the scan engine(s) you were running when the file was detected and which engine(s)--if any--detected it.
2. The Messaging/File Sharing Software you are using (Exchange, SharePoint, Domino, SMTP, or IM) and the platform it is running on.
3. A description of what you saw on your system and why you think the file contains a virus.

Important: After submitting the potential virus, please notify or your Premium Support representative that you have submitted a virus.
